With over 20 years at the intersection of technology, business, and public safety, Charles has built a career solving problems others can't. From running New England Automation & Control Systems to serving as Fire Chief in multiple New Hampshire towns, he thrives in high-pressure environments where expertise, leadership, and getting it right the first time aren't optional — they're expected.

Currently serving as COO of a multi-million dollar recycling company, Charles has hands-on daily experience with truck scales, floor scales, and the scale service companies that support them — giving him unique insight into the real-world challenges WinScale was built to solve.

His technical foundation spans PLC programming, ladder logic, industrial automation, IT infrastructure, server and network architecture, disaster recovery, and full-stack software development. Whether diagnosing automation systems for industrial clients or leading first responders through critical missions, Charles is the person organizations call when others can't find a solution.
